Starting with the sale of small units, they gradually transitioned into developing residential plots and societies, laying the foundation for what would become one of Surat's most trusted real estate names.

With the next generation stepping in, Mr. Rakesh Dholakia, son of Mr. Nagjibhai, brought fresh vision and dynamism to the business, He spearheaded the construction of residential buildings, taking the company to new heights while maintaining the founders' unwavering commitment to ethics and quality.

In partnership with Dhirubhai Malaviya, the company constructs its first office building in Hirabazaar, revolutionizing the diamond industry by introducing the concept of selling diamonds from offices rather than traditional floor setups.

1997

Launches Anmol, a five-floor residential project in Vesu, marking the company's entry into residential real estate.

2010

Establishes a milestone with the launch of Sunday, an iconic project that cements the company's identity as Sunday Group, complete with a distinctive logo.

2014

Completes Sunday Heights, the first residential tower in Katargam, setting new standards for high-rise living.

2016

Unveils The Legend, the company's first luxury residential tower in Vesu, redefining opulent living in Surat.

2017

Enters the commercial real estate segment with Sunday Hub, a landmark commercial project in Katargam, celebrated as one of the city's most iconic business addresses.
